Learn the foundations of welding in just 9 weeks!

Women in Welding is a 9-week, 30-hour, non-credit course designed to build your welding confidence, skillset and knowledge of welding career opportunities avilalbe in Southwest Montana.  This course is intended for women ages 18+ and taught by experienced female welders from our local welding industry. No experience is necessary and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.  Course is limited to 18 participants. 


Dates/Time: February 26 - April 30, 2025 | Wednesdays | 5:30-8:50pm; *no class on March 19th due to spring break

Location: Gallatin College East Campus in Bozeman

Eligibility: This training is intended for women in Gallatin County and surrounding counties. No experience necessary.

Cost: $100 - includes all materials, instruction, use of PPE and equipment, and a take-home project!
