Gallatin College Scholarship

Gallatin College is pleased to offer numerous scholarships to students who are:

  • currently enrolled in Gallatin College classes
  • declared in a Gallatin College major
  • able to demonstrate financial need

Funding is made possible through generous contributions from community banks, industry and individuals who strongly support Gallatin College’s values of open access, affordability and responsiveness to local needs.

Online Applications Due: Feb. 1st (for Fall Semester award) and Oct. 1st (for Spring Semester award).

Casey Robert Clark Memorial Scholarship - $2500

Application Criteria:

  • Students must be a MT resident
  • Students must be entering the 2nd year of the Gallatin College Aviation Program
  • Students must have at least a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • 500-word essay addressing financial need

Summit Aviation Scholarship - $5000

Application Criteria:

  • Students must be enrolled in the Gallatin College Aviation Program
  • Students must have at least a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • An essay including:
    • How the student became interested in aviation,
    • the student’s goals in the field of aviation, and
    • a statement regarding their financial need
  • 2 letters of recommendation:
    • one letter of recommendation must be from an aviation mentor (e.g. professor or certified flight instructor)
    • the second letter can be from an employer, a volunteer supervisor, or other professional recommendation (not a family member)

Application Due: Feb. 1 (for Fall Semester award)

 

 

Additional Scholarships
